CRM System Update and Launch of the New Service FoodLove

Over 10 years ago, when the food and flower delivery market lacked ready-made automation solutions, FoodSoul emerged. We developed a multifunctional platform that helps businesses efficiently manage deliveries, interact with customers, and increase profits. Since then, we have grown, further developed our platform, and become a reliable partner for restaurants and flower companies. In 2023, we began a global system update, focusing on customer requests and analyzing current market demands. The research revealed that the current version of the CRM system limits the potential for functional improvements. Therefore, we have started creating an enhanced CRM and our own accounting system. We plan to complete work on this functionality soon and introduce the updated CRM system and the super-app FoodLove. FoodLove will combine the functions of an aggregator, food discounter, table reservation, food insurance, and QR menu. These tools will enable our partners to offer their customers a convenient and modern service.
