Changes in Data Storage and Processing Costs for Unlimited Plans

Dear Clients,

We would like to inform you that starting from March 1, 2024, the cost of data storage and processing for clients on unlimited plans will change. Computational resources will now cost 8.5 groszy for each new order with a 0% commission, regardless of the order status.

Some of our clients generate millions of orders per year, thereby consuming vast amounts of server resources. At the same time, the cost of server equipment increases every year. Therefore, we are transitioning to a pay-as-you-go model for resources actually used: for data storage and computational resources. We do not include any additional markup; payment is made at cost. If there were no orders or the total payment for computational resources was less than 250 hryvnias per month, a minimum fee of 250₴ per month will be charged for data storage.

This approach will be more fair and balanced than a single fixed cost for all clients regardless of computational resource consumption. For most clients, the annual service fee will decrease.

This change does not affect clients on turnover-based plans. For any questions, please contact our support team.
